She does our athletic & leisure classes on AC ON DEMAND and in person, loves wearing her athleisure wear, and loves joining us for AC Events. Michelle is a mom and loves helping people with their wellness journey through essential oils. Speaking of oils… Michelle is going to share some of her favorites. Take it away Michelle!
Hello to the beautiful community of ATHLEISURE COLLECTIVE! I’m excited to be sharing my experiences with essential oils and how they have changed our lives over the past 6 years. My family began using Young Living Essential Oils back when we were sick and tired of being sick and tired.
“At first, I was so skeptical and could not understand how these little bottles of plant essence could really help our wellness and help change our moods. But honestly when I gave them a chance, I never looked back.”
Some of our favorite diffuser blends to use and why:
To create a positive atmosphere we use a blend called “peace and calming!” This blend, literally can calm a house in a matter of minutes. Having 2 teenagers in our home, you can imagine how the mood constantly changes… that’s why we love this blend.
Most mornings, when we are rushing to get ready and start online learning, we use a blend called “citrus fresh” in the diffuser along with “Valor” for courage to tackle the day ahead.
My favorite oil to use when working out is peppermint. I put some on my wrist and I even put a few drops in my water bottle. Peppermint is so refreshing for energy and is also great for digestion. It gives me the extra pep in my step to push through those tough workouts. 2 birds with one stone! #healthlytipswithoils
I love these oils because the products are straight from the farm to the bottle and there is no man behind the curtain. I’ve actually had the amazing experience of visiting one of the farms in Utah and I got to help plant some lavender. I saw first hand how they produce their high quality products.
Sharing about essential oils and products has been my passion and I feel so blessed to share some info with you today. Before we go… here are some of my favorite recipes with some oils from the Young Living Starter Bundle:
Diffuse this blend for good sleep:
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Frankincense
2 drops Stressaway blend.
Use this blend in a roller for sore muscles:
5 drops Panaway
5 drops Lavender
Fill with carrier oil
