BARRE:

An athletic class format inspired by elements of Ballet, Yoga, Pilates, and Functional Training. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your entire body. It combines large range of motion with short range of motion to fatigue a muscle group; providing deep inner strength. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique in record time.

BARRE SCULPT:

An athletic class format inspired by elements of Ballet, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, and Functional Training. An athletic class format that will work your whole body and mind. This class incorporates Boxing and Barre practices that will increase muscle strength, sharpen reflexes, enhance cardio, and focus the mind. A variety of Barre exercises using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, and Barre equipment are combined with Boxing exercises including several rounds of different punches and combos. You will see an improvement in your physical and mental strength and abilities in record time.

BOXING & FLOW:

An athletic class format that will work your whole body and mind. This class incorporates Boxing and Yoga practices that will increase muscle strength, sharpen reflexes, enhance cardio, focus the mind, and expand range of motion and flexibility. The class starts with a variety of Yoga stretches, then goes into Boxing with several rounds of different punches and combos, and then the class ends with several Yoga stretches. You will see an improvement in your physical and mental strength and abilities.

BREATHWORK:

A leisure class format that performs breathing exercises or techniques to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. During breathwork you intentionally and systematically change your breathing pattern in a simple and effective way. Fresh oxygen comes into your body and a high percentage of the toxins in the body are removed through the lungs. Breathwork optimizes the functions of the body and increases energy. The effects last for hours and enables performance at a higher level athletically and intellectually.

BUTI YOGA:

Buti Yoga integrates dynamic asanas (yoga poses) with primal movement, cardio intervals, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. This workout tones and sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation. The music-driven movements force you out of your head and into your body to tap into your inner power. Buti means to uncover a cure hidden within you. CYCLE BARRE:

An athletic class format that is an all-inclusive, full-body workout combining Cycle and Barre. We will incorporate dynamic movements, varied cycling intervals including sprints and hill climbs, great music that allows you to ride to the beat, a variety of choreography that keeps each class exciting, and low-impact & high-intensity Barre movements with light to medium weight dumbbells, resistance bands, and other Barre equipment to strengthen your entire body. This is a one of a kind class that will be sure to have you sweating, strengthening, and having fun.

CYCLE HIIT:

An athletic class format that is an all-inclusive, full-body workout combining Cycle and HIIT. We will incorporate a full-body workout in which you give 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. These workouts include cardio on the cycle bikes, strength drills using a variety of weight, great music that allows you to keep moving to the beat, and a variety of other HIIT equipment and drills. This is a one of a kind workout that will work every ounce of your body and will result in a stronger you with more endurance. Book IN PERSON or LIVE class!

CYCLE SCULPT:

An athletic class format that is high-intensity, low-impact, and works your full-body on the bike. This class incorporates dynamic movements, strength drills using dumbbells, varied intervals including sprints and hill climbs, great music that allows you to ride to the beat, and a variety of choreography that keeps each class exciting. Each class has several optional moves so that multiple skill levels can join. Book IN PERSON or LIVE class!

CYCLE STRENGTH:

An athletic class format that is high-intensity, low-impact, and works your full-body on and off the bike. A portion of this class is done on the bike and the other portion of this class is done off the bike — allowing you to work your cardio endurance & muscle strength. This class incorporates dynamic movements to the beat of the music on the bike and a variety of lower body, upper body, & core strength drills off the bike, using dumbbells and other equipment. Each class has several optional moves so that multiple skill levels can join. Book IN PERSON class!

FUNCTIONAL FLEXIBILITY:

An athletic & leisure class format designed to promote healthy & safe flexibility for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and functional activities. We begin this class with dynamic movement geared towards functional mobility and warming up your body. Next, we focus on exercises to enhance flexibility for specific muscles and joints. Lastly, we end with static stretching and restorative style poses leaving you and your body fresh and revitalized. Each class has options offered so that it’s appropriate for multiple skill levels and targeted toward individual goals.

HIIT:

An athletic class format also known as, High Intensity Interval Training, is a full-body workout in which you give 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. HIIT gets and keeps your heart rate up. This class can be high, medium, or low impact depending on your goals and needs. Every class will incorporate a variety of HIIT equipment, body weight, and variations to meet your needs. HIIT & FLOW:

An athletic & leisure class format that is an all-inclusive, full-body workout combining yoga sequences to warm up and stretch your muscles, along with High Intensity Interval Training movements to build your cardio endurance and strength. You’ll get your heart pumping and your body stretched while building muscle and toning. Modifications and amplifications will be provided so that this class can be for multiple skill levels.

HIGH FITNESS:

An athletic class format that uses a combination of aerobic and anaerobic training, complemented by active recovery! All of the moves, drills, and exercises are choreographed to the beat of the music! HIGH Fitness is a ZERO equipment, effective, & efficient full body workout that has been shown to improve overall endurance, stamina, strength, cardiovascular health, and mental health benefits. Beyond the workout, HIGH Fitness brings a fun experience, awesome music, connection, support, and inclusion for the mind, body, and soul! All you need is proper footwear, a water bottle, an open mind, and room to move.

MEDITATION:

A leisure class format where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear, emotionally calm, peaceful state of mind, and grounded inner landscape. Meditation is not a part of any religion; it is an awareness practice created to bring the entire body into harmony. Meditation practices follow a particular order, have definite principles, and produce results that can be scientifically verified. All types of meditation are practiced; including Mantra, Loving Kindness, Mindfulness, and more.

REFORMER PILATES:

An athletic & leisure class that provides a low impact, full body workout focused on the core! This class uses reformer machines to do our Pilates exercises, which helps us activate each muscle and allows us to go deeper & slower in each move. Light to medium dumbbell weights and mats are also used for this class making it a well rounded experience. This class helps to build deep strength with an emphasis on the core, while toning and stretching the overall body. Each class is taught with fun music and is great for multiple ages and abilities. RUNNING & WALKING:

A leisure & athletic way to exercise in the form of walking or running that allows you to move your body without much equipment or skill level. These classes are guided by our instructors and offer several types of ways to move forward whether you are walking, running, sprinting, or moving in any other way you are able to. With this class format, we offer: guided mediative walks, jogging, sprinting, running up and down hills, and more! This format can be done by most if not all individuals and is a great way to move your body no matter what your goals or abilities are.

SCULPT CIRCUIT:

An athletic class format that involves a series of full body exercises that are repeated and performed one right after the other with little or no rest in between. This format involves endurance & strength training, resistance exercises, aerobics, conditioning, cardiovascular drills, and more. Sculpt Circuit uses exercises that are done to the beat of the music to keep your body moving and to target strength building, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular conditioning. This class will work your entire body and can be done low to medium impact depending on your needs. Book IN PERSON or LIVE class!

SOUND BATH:

A leisure class format that involves an ancient sound healing practice whereby the individual relaxes in a resting position, often supported in savasana, and allows the healing sounds and vibrations from the instruments to bath over them. The music is typically generated by instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, drumming, tuning forks and chanting. Sound bath is an ancient practice dating back more than 2,000 years with roots in Tibet. Sound baths are a feel good way to release stress and tension, to allow all of the cells in the body to harmonize, and to enter into deeper states of restorative relaxation as vibrations swirl around and inside of the body. Some benefits of sound healing include reduced stress and anxiety, better sleep, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, reduction and release in physical pain symptoms, balancing mood swings and chakras, improved mental clarity, sense of inner peace, and increased energy levels. Each of us will respond differently to the process, but each of us will get exactly what we need.

STEP:

An athletic class format that uses a step bench (or platform) and choreographed moves to work your full body from a cardiovascular, strength, and coordination standpoint. The moves in this class target and improve your core and upper & lower body, build overall strength, increase flexibility, improve your balance and coordination, work on your endurance, and enhance your agility. This class can be low, medium, or high impact depending on your goals and abilities. We offer various skill levels and welcome all levels to try this class because over time the moves can be picked up and executed. This format involves endurance & strength training, resistance exercises, aerobics, conditioning, cardiovascular drills, and more.

STEP SCULPT:

An athletic class format that uses a step bench (or platform), choreographed moves, & muscle strengthening to work your entire body. The moves in this class target your core, upper & lower body, build overall strength, increase flexibility, improve your balance and coordination, build cardiovascular fitness, improve muscular strength & endurance, and enhance your agility. This class can be low, medium, or high impact depending on your goals and abilities. Every class will incorporate a variety of equipment, body weight, and variations to meet your needs. STRENGTH - FULL BODY, UPPER BODY, LOWER BODY, & CORE:

An athletic class format that incorporates several exercises using heavy weights. The moves performed in each class will focus on strengthening your upper body, lower body, or your core. You will preform several reps, a few sets, and will have time to rest in between before moving onto the next exercises. There is a variety of equipment that is used in each class which keeps it fun, fresh, and effective. We offer various options and welcome all levels to try this class because all the moves can be catered to what your body needs. TRX:

An athletic class format that uses suspension training and body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. This class is great for all ages and abilities. Book IN PERSON or LIVE!

TRX HIIT:

An athletic class format that alternates between periods of high intensity interval exercises with short rest periods, and exercises using the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. YOGA:

A leisure class format that involves a system of physical postures, breathing techniques, mudras, and meditation in order to improve your health, balance, centering, flexibility, mental & physical abilities, relaxation, and breathing. Yoga translates to union and through this intelligent practice we can find union in the different aspects of ourselves (body, mind, and spirit) and also in the connection with those around us through practicing in community. We offer a variety of yoga types including: Vinyasa, Restorative, Hatha, Bikram, Yin, and more. Modifications are given so that each class can be customized for an individual’s needs and abilities. YOGA RESTORATIVE FLOW:

A leisure class format that incorporates elements of flow, restorative, and yin yoga. This class is slower paced, utilizes yoga props, and has an intentional element of flow to support restoration in the body and mind. This class is great for various skill levels and you will leave class feeling relaxed, rested, and ready to continue investing in being your best self.

YOUTH MINDFUL MOVEMENT:

An athletic and leisure class that will add positivity to the world by working with our youth to help make their mind, body, and soul the best version it can be. Our program coaches will help our youth increase energy, process emotions, connect with each other through movement, nature, and mindfulness, and have fun! Our youth program meets outside for 60 minutes (in-person or online) and is great for youth ages 3 - 15. Learn more and sign up here. We are excited to serve you and your youth!
