THE DETAILS
Run, walk, jog, move forward! Any pace is a great pace and we are here for you.
We will meet at the “Red Barn” at the North Trailhead of the Centennial Trail.
We will start with intros and stretching!
We will run about 4 miles round trip at our own pace. There will be markers to tell you how far to go!
We will end with smiles, stretching, and air high fives!
You know there will be good music and good times. If you would like to participate virtually here is our playlist to enjoy on your run!
This is a free community event to bring us all together to show and practice gratitude and movement in a healthy & safe way! We can’t wait to see you!
