Join AC and Marqie from Fit and Life Goals by Marqie for a midday walk to take a moment in your day to invest in yourself!

THE DETAILS

Walk and move forward… any pace is a great pace!
We will meet at the Armar Road Trailhead on the Centennial Trail at 11:45am-12pm and we will start walking at 12:00-12:05pm.
We will walk about 3 miles round trip at our own pace and end at 1pm.
We will end with smiles, stretching, and air high fives!
This is a free community event to bring us all together for some movement in a healthy & safe way!
