So often, we get lost in putting others first and ourselves last during the shuffle of responsibilities and life’s demands. We can't help others if we are running on an empty tank! So come join us and AC Coach Kathy where she will guide you through a day where we will focus on YOUR Self Care & Self Love! Let’s ignite your own inner warrior goddess and flow, explore, and love together!
THE DETAILS
We will start the day with a 30 minute Yoga & Meditation Session!
Next you can grab a delicious snack and coffee while we go into our morning workshop focusing on morning routines and exploring how limiting beliefs impact us.
We will do a 30 minute HIIT & FLOW class and then have a delicious, healthy lunch!
After lunch, we will enjoy a nature walk and then come back to do an afternoon workshop where we will do goal setting for our self and our life.
We will end the day with a closing 30 minute Yoga class and the tools you need to live your positive life!
