THE DETAILS
We will start the day with a 30 minute Yoga & Meditation Session!
Next you can grab a delicious snack and coffee as we begin our journey learning from the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. We will discover our doshas, our energy types and shine light on how they show up for our bodies, minds and even our purpose. Let’s take that knowledge with us as we touch briefly on the chakras, learning what each is and what it means when one or more is out of alignment.
Time for a delicious, healthy lunch!
Afterwards, we will enjoy a nature walk and then come back to do an afternoon workshop where we will start you on the path to discovering your Dharma, your soul's purpose, by studying your unique expression of energy, your Human Design.
We will end the day with a closing 30 minute Yoga class and the tools you need to live your purpose!
