Join AC Coaches Jodie and Briegan, our very own Mom and Daughter Duo, for Mamma Mia Barre Sculpt! They will provide an extra special Barre Sculpt class with summer 70’s beach flare vibes and music from the Abba Mamma Mia soundtrack! Encourage your momma, your daughter, your sister, or your friend to join you for this FUN night!! Everyone is welcome!

THE DETAILS

• Enjoy a 60 minute Barre Sculpt class led by AC Coach Mom & Daughter Duo, Jodie & Briegan

• Continue the fun after class for 30 minutes after class to enjoy a complimentary yummy drink, sweet treat, and to mingle!

• For ages 15+ (but reach out if your child is younger and would like to join!)

• You come solo or as a duo to take class - it’s open for anyone and everyone!

• Things to bring:

  • Water bottle

  • Grippy socks (If you have them - barefoot is great too!)

  • Your fun vibes and positive energy!
