Join Moe’s On Olympic and ATHLEISURE COLLECTIVE for a super fun 5K to get our bodies moving in a fun & mindful way before we get filled up with sweet Halloween treats! This is a family friendly 5K where all ways of moving forward is welcomed and costumes are encouraged!

THE DETAILS

• Run, walk, jog, bike, stroll, skate, and move forward… any way and any pace is great! Remember, a 5K is a distance and you can move your body in any way that feels good for you! You’re also welcome to do part of the distance. All is welcome!

• We will start in the parking lot behind Moe’s for a pre 5K stretch and intros at 10:00 am!

• Then, we will head out on the Centennial Trail going north for our 5k led by ATHLEISURE COLLECTIVE .

• We will end at Moe’s with smiles on our faces, stretches, and high fives!
