Join AC & the Silvana Fire Station for an amazing complimentary workout experience where you will get to be thankful for movement, hangout with AC Coaches, workout with Silvana Fire Fighters & EMT’s, try an inclusive upbeat HIIT class, and get the opportunity to give back to the local community! There will be complimentary AC Coffee, great music, awesome people, and raffle tickets for purchase for a giveaway, if you choose to donate to the charity!

THE DETAILS

Arrive at 8:00am to mingle, sip AC Coffee, and check out the gift we are raffling off!
Our movement will be from 8:30-9:30am inside the Fire Station Bays. During this 60 minute workout you will get the opportunity to enjoy upbeat inclusive bodyweight HIIT Movements led by our AC Coach Bri.
- Our workout is for all ages and ability levels!
- There will be several movement options offered!
- The whole family and community can move their bodies, connect with community, and come together for a great cause!
We will have raffle tickets for purchase to raise money for the Silvana Volunteer Firefighters Association, who is raising money for their Community Fund to be able to give back to the community by completing projects that help with safety & assistance.
After our 60 minutes of movement, we will have more time to mingle, fundraise for our community, enjoy AC CAFE Coffee, and pick the raffle winner!
Bring a water bottle, sturdy shoes, and dress in clothes you want to move in!

This is a free community event to bring us together to move our bodies, meet new friends, spend time being mindful, and give back to our community!
