I've attended Bri's cycle class for over two years. It is the highlight of the week (if there is such a thing for exercising). Bri's class has the right blend of inspiration and perspiration (the "isolation" exercise portion is not my favorite though, haha). There is sound instruction, motivation, and judgement-free guidance. The weekly variety keeps you on your toes. I feel like her classes have allowed me to do things outside of the gym like go on hikes, climb the Great Wall, spend time with family, and show up to live my best life!
