5 Ways To Hydrate With LMNT!

During summer we are all doing more outdoor ACTIVITIES in the hot sun… and probably not even realizing that we may be losing electrolytes. LMNT is a company whose mission is to “restore health through hydration.” They FOCUS on replenishing electrolytes with SALT & MINERALS. They have great science backed information that you can find here. We love LMNT and that’s why it’s an item in our AC CAFE that you can get in person at our SHOP or soon at our CAFE.

NOW LET'S GET TO THE FUN STUFF!

Here are 5 easy and fun recipes that you can implement into your everyday life to REPLENISH your electrolytes and keep you HYDRATED!


Let's keep it super simple to start…

ADD LMNT TO YOUR WATER

Directions: Mix one packet of your favorite LMNT flavor with 32 ounces of water! We recommend starting with 32 ounces of water because you may not want it as salty, or maybe you like a saltier taste and in that case you can add less water! It's totally up to you!


CREATE FUN LMNT ICE CUBES

Directions: In a jar or mixing bowl, mix 32 ounces of water with one packet of your favorite LMNT flavor. Take an ice tray or fun silicone ice molds and pour water mixture into ice trays! Place into the freezer until frozen & then enjoy!

Our recommendation: For a fun twist, add cut up fruits and herbs to your ice cubes! Then add your fun ice cubes to water, lemonade, coffee, or a cocktail/mocktail!

Raspberry Salt LMNT + Whole Raspberries + Mint

Mango Chili LMNT + Sliced Lemons + Cilantro

Chocolate LMNT + Cold Brew


ENJOY LMNT GUMMIES

Directions: Pour one cup water, two tbsp unflavored gelatin and two tbsp honey into a pan. Turn heat to low, continuously whisk until mixture has combined and gelatin and honey have dissolved. Turn off the heat and stir in one packet of your favorite LMNT flavor. Pour into small silicone ice molds. Place into the refrigerator for one hour to let the gelatin set. 

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days! Enjoy!!


ADD LMNT TO YOUR COFFEE

If you're the type of person that enjoys coffee at home in the morning…

Directions: Start by brewing your AC CAFE COFFEE. If you have a frother, add your choice of milk and 1/2 tsp of Chocolate Salt LMNT. Froth until the milk is at the texture/foam that you like. Pour your drip coffee into a mug and top with the Chocolate Salt LMNT foam. YUMMY!

If you like to grab your coffee to go…

Directions: When ordering your favorite espresso from your local baristas, ask for a 16oz iced americano with one pump of white chocolate and topped with your choice of milk. Mix in half a packet of Raspberry Salt LMNT to make it a Raspberry White Chocolate Americano!


MAKE A MOCKTAIL OR COCKTAIL WITH LMNT

Watermelon Mint Refresher

Directions: In a tall glass, muddle 3 tbsp watermelon and 3 mint leaves. Add ice and half a packet of Watermelon Salt LMNT. Top with your choice of seltzer or sparkling water (we love Topo Chico)! Stir until well combined and garnish with a mint leaf!
