The Power of Positivity with AC and Coach Jodie!

When we think of positivity we often think of optimistic and joyful feelings and emotions, we also may associate it with personality traits like kindness, compassion, humor and generosity; all can be aspects of positivity. Adopting a positive attitude just plain makes us feel good!

A positive mindset is something we cultivate and practice in our daily lives. Just like how Yoga, Cycle, HIIT and other types of physical activity strengthen our body, the way we implement positive thought patterns into our day, flexes and grows our mind. It allows our mind to expand positivity within ourselves so that we can share it with others. It is such a powerful habit that shifting to a positive mindset has shown to strengthen and improve the immune system, help reduce stress and anxiety, and improve healthy coping skills and resilience when faced with challenging situations!

The science behind the power of positivity has been studied and proven many times over. Studies show that just speaking positive and encouraging words can shift molecular structure. Research has shown that embracing positive thoughts consistently improves overall health and well-being. Even the simple act of smiling has shown to increase the feel good neurotransmitters like, dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins!
