The Smoothie Bowl We Love!

Hey wonderful AC community! We are so happy to be sharing our simple and tasty smoothie bowl with you! These bowls are absolutely delicious, full of nutrients, packed with protein, loaded with antioxidants, and they taste like dessert! WINNNG!! :)

SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS:

Smoothie:

  • Your choice of frozen fruit (pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, & more!)

  • 1/2 cup of your choice of milk (oat, almond, hemp, soy, coconut, etc.)

  • 1/2 cup of your choice of yogurt (oat, greek, almond, coconut, soy, etc.)

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 scoop of your choice of vanilla protein powder

Toppings:

  • 1/2 banana

  • Handful of your choice of granola

  • 3 tbs nut butter (peanut, almond, mixed nut, etc.)

  • 2 tbs coconut flakes

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add the smoothie ingredients into the blender and blend! *For a thick consistency add less milk! You can always add more milk as you go so that you can get the consistency you want.

  • Pour the smoothie mix into a bowl!

  • Add the toppings on top of the smoothie mix in the bowl.

  • Enjoy!
