Thats why we offer so many different class types to help you connect to your inner intention with Yoga, enhance your cardio endurance with Cycle, gain deep inner strength during Barre, focus on your full body with Sculpt & HIIT Classes, and so much more! We also make it easy for you to take our classes in person at our AC RETREAT or online on AC ON DEMAND! Every week, new Video Classes and Written Guides are added to AC ON DEMAND so that you can utilize them any time and accomplish any goal you are working on!


Cycle Sculpt

Enjoy the beat of the music in your TIEM Cycle Shoes as you ride through various intervals of uphill and downhill cycling, fun choreography, seatbacks, hovers, presses, movement with dumbbells, and other dynamic movements to music. Trust us, you will have fun while you move your body during Cycle Sculpt!

Barre Sculpt

Combining Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates… Barre offers a little bit of everything and we know you’ll love every inch of it. During our lively, choreographed, fun Barre Sculpt Classes you will enhance your strength, length, and form! Enjoy this athletic class while you look stylish in our functional Barre Socks!

Yoga

Connect to your inner intention while working on flexibility, balance, strength, breath, and meditation. In these leisure athletic style classes you will work through a series of poses, move through flow sequences, and use your Yoga Mat and props to support your body to feel it’s best!

Sculpt Circuit

Exercise your entire body while feeling good in your favorite AC Tank while you take one of our Sculpt Circuit Classes! Sculpt Circuit uses low & medium impact exercises that are done to the beat of the music to keep your body moving and to target strength building, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Boxing & Flow

Get your Everyday Active Shorts ready! With a mix of Boxing and Yoga you can gain strength while increasing your energy, focus, reflexes, and range of motion.

Meditation

Mindful techniques such as breathwork, visualization, and focused awareness help you connect to your inner and outer truth. Each Meditation is thoughtfully curated to allow you to achieve a peaceful and relaxed state of mind. Use one of our beautiful Stone Diffusers to add an extra layer of calm to your meditative experience!

HIIT

In our High Intensity Interval Training Classes you will work your entire body and utilize all of your energy to achieve heightened strength and endurance. We recommend wearing your favorite Sports Bra while raising your heart rate and executing the bursts of activity that you accomplish in each HIIT class.

Sound Bath

Cozy up in your comfy AC Hoodie for an amazing experience! Using singing bowls, gongs, rain sticks, tuning forks, chanting and other forms of sound… you will be immersed in a musical vibrational experience at our Sound Bath Ceremonies. These sessions will help you reduce stress, connect to your inner self, reduce pain, enhance sleep, and much more!
